HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!
This Father’s Day weekend, we hope that you will reflect on what makes your father extraordinary, how he shaped who you have become, and the direction your life will take. Our dad taught us about the importance of family, friends, loyalty and perspective; to never be short sighted and to always communicate. Pat Rocca was a man who respected his faith, family, history, community, and believed strongly in the notion of moving forward. No matter the challenge, always ask yourself what needs to happen to move forward and to take action.
Pat Rocca came to Canada from Italy in 1957, determined to make a better life for himself and his family. He launched himself and his family into the real estate industry and began building an empire in St. John, New Brunswick as a developer, marking the beginning of the legacy of the Rocca name.
In appreciation of Pat’s astounding contribution to the community, Saint John, NB renamed the iconic North Market Wharf the “Pat Rocca Way” in 2017 on Civic holiday weekend. Our family, and our entire Rocca Sisters family are deeply humbled and appreciative to have Pat’s legacy memorialized in such an honorable fashion.
As we move forward, heading into this Father’s Day weekend, we recognize the strength, leadership, compassion and love our husbands, show to our children and the support they provide to our families, both professionally and personally every day. They have consistently proven to be a rock for Cathy and Tanya, providing the love and support to their own aspirations and personal successes, as well as being the definition of role-models to their little ones.
The Rocca Sisters Team celebrate all the Fathers on our team and extend our best wishes this Father’s day to all the incredible dads in our communities, celebrating and humbly recognizing the opportunities, mentorship and guidance you bestow.
