Cathy Rocca


A native of New Brunswick, Cathy has been a resident of the Burlington/ Waterdown area since 1988. She is a Commerce graduate from McMaster University and being surrounded by a family in residential and commercial development rounds out her expertise.

Having been ranked as one of the top business owners of a major franchise for 12 years running, Cathy’s professionalism and experience in the home decor field drives the results client’s look for whether buying or selling. Proven sales and marketing techniques in home consulting and staging puts her ahead of the rest when developing a sound business plan to attain a client’s overall financial and lifestyle requirements.

Tanya Rocca

With the heart of a Maritimer, Tanya has resided in Burlington since 1988 while being true to her East Coast roots. Growing up in Burlington, she experienced first hand all there is to offer by this wonderful city.

A graduate of Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management at York University & Humber College, her natural enthusiasm towards people and sales led her in the direction of becoming a business owner. “Giving back to the community is what it’s all about” so Tanya became an active member of many foundations & charities where she put her sales & marketing techniques to work over the past 10 years.

The Rocca legacy has a strong foundation and background in Real Estate, both commercial & residential. For Tanya, her years of hospitality & sales experience, coupled with extensive international marketing training and sales management awards makes the perfect recipe for the competitive edge clients benefit from in this demanding market. Peter Anelli-Rocca

From the soccer field to the real estate field, Peter has always been a part of a team. Working alongside his wife, Cathy Rocca, his passion for helping others and natural ability to find solutions fits both the team and clients. Involved in construction at a young age with his father was the beginning of an appreciation for a well-built home. With this background, clients benefit from his ability to visualize the hidden potential of many properties.

Previously owning a home decor business for 15 years, Peter’s customer service approach is driven by a client’s needs and expectations – working together as a team and at their pace.

With a degree from McMaster University and diploma from Mohawk College in Urban and Municipal Planning, along with a previous financial planning consultant position at Investors Group, clients benefit from well-rounded experience as they invest in home ownership




Bonnie Glen

Bonnie’s dedication to her clients, attention to detail and ability to negotiate stems from her wealth of experience as an entrepreneur. For 15 years, Bonnie owned and operated one of Canada’s largest car rental franchises. During that time she developed one of the most comprehensive customer service programs ever initiated by the car rental industry. It is this absolute dedication to fulfilling her client’s needs and wants that has allowed Bonnie to transition into the Real Estate industry successfully.

Educated at York University, majoring in English, Bonnie is an excellent communicator and attends wholeheartedly to the details. Bonnie’s patience, empathy and business acumen all contribute to her outstanding contribution to our Team


Daniel Bozuk

With over 25 years in the Real Estate industry, Daniel is as enthusiastic and energetic as the day he began. His personal integrity and honesty is what clients appreciate when Daniel advises on what is needed for a successful experience instead of just telling them what they want to hear. Daniel’s goal is to make the real estate transaction as smooth and as profitable for his clients as possible, while building effective long term business relationships with all.

With his background in business, Daniel also helps his clients with their Commercial and Industrial portfolios. Jeanne Hoey



Jeanne’s focus to help clients get the most out of their buying and selling experience stems from her twenty years as a fitness instructor, motivating members to reach their potential at Cedar Springs Health Fitness and Racquet Club. Jeanne is a certified Negotiator Expert and Seniors Real Estate Specialist and enjoys working with seniors and their families. The key to her real estate success has been fostering positive relationships and long lasting friendships while treating her clients with honesty and respect. Her integrity and professionalism fit perfectly with the Rocca Sisters family values and drive for success. Ryan Davison


Ryan is often described as having "unmatched passion and enthusiasm for all things real estate". As a graduate of Mount Allison University and Humber College’s Post Graduate Marketing Management Program, he brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience to the table for each and every one of his valued clients. During his 11 years in the business he has provided marketing and negotiation expertise to his clients from Mimico to Hamilton. Ryan is a Broker and holds the CERC Relocation Specialist designation from The Canadian Employment Relocation Council and provides  valuable guidance to families buying and selling their most important investment while building lifelong connections. As a former captain of the Mount Allison University Football team, Ryan understands the importance of both, giving back to the community and being a member a high performance team; with this, he was naturally a good fit for the Rocca Sisters & Associates.

Ron Boyko

Paula Dissegna


Paula was born and raised in Toronto and has resided in Burlington since 2000. She began her professional career in banking and pension fund custodial services and for more than two decades, she owned and operated a dental laboratory in Hamilton. She has been an avid real estate investor for over eight years, and has extensive experience in rentals, single family residential as well as rent-to-own properties. Paula's favourite past time is dancing, whether it be Ballroom, Latin or Argentine Tango. Paula’s commitment, energy & integrity makes her an invaluable member of the Rocca Sisters & Associates team.

Sabrina McCaig


Sabrina has earned a most impressive combination of 25 years’ professional experience from Canada’s top telecommunications company and the world’s largest recognizable charity. Positions held include upper management levels, within the realms of client services, channel marketing, sales and project management. This winning combination, along with a keen eye on the smallest detail, allows Sabrina to surpass people’s expectations, while building and nurturing lasting relationships.  It’s Sabrina upbeat, friendly and contagious personality that will win you over.  Sabrina is extremely active in her community with countless volunteer hours and always looking a different ways to give back. Sabrina enjoys spending her summers in Italy, while speaking the language and embracing the Italian culture and traditions. Keeping health and wellness in mind, Sabrina is also certified in CPR and First Aid, AquaFit, Spin, TRX and KettleBell.  Next on her list is Yoga.


Nancy Lundy


As a real estate professional, Nancy joins the Rocca Sisters team with 30+ years of sales and service experience. Nancy first got her license in 2014 and began her Real Estate journey working with Keller Williams, and later the Karen Paul Team. Her clients boast her commitment to extraordinary service goes above and beyond, one people know and have trusted for over thirty years. Prior to working in Real Estate, Nancy grew up in the boating industry starting at a young age working at her family dealership where she provided superior customer service and marketing techniques throughout the marine industry. Residing in Burlington, Nancy volunteers with the Burlington Newcomers Alumni Club, bringing women together who are new to the Burlington area, or have had a life-altering change. With over a decade of delivering exceptional customer service experiences and family memories, Chris has decided to continue to help families by joining the Rocca Sisters Team as he made the move from owning and operating one of Waterdown’s community landmarks and award winning restaurants, The Lord Byron. Chris also brings over 5 years with a multinational company in a management capacity learning the most up to date process techniques to round out his knowledge bringing forth an all-encompassing client service experience. Throughout his years in the service industry Chris has built countless long lasting relationships whose recommendations he values deeply. Born and raised in Burlington, he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the area and it is this passion that he enjoys conveying for his clients benefit.
