With a seasoned background in entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and after winning the KPMG Entrepreneur of the Year, Raheema Salehmohamed brings a sophisticated and strategic approach to real estate. Raised in Glen Abbey and educated at the University of Guelph, she expanded her worldview while living in Kenya, spending years building relationships and discovering diverse cultures across East Africa and the Middle East.

Raheema settled in Burlington’s Orchard neighbourhood, raising her two beautiful children and enjoying partaking in real estate ventures on the side. She worked with the Rocca Sisters Team, gaining experience across a variety of residential and commercial real estate projects. After more than 15 years as a Rocca Sisters client, joining the team felt like a natural fit. Today, she combines her business acumen, design insight, and relationship-driven approach to help families transition confidently into their next chapter.

Beyond her professional life, Raheema cherishes time spent with friends and her two grown children, and she has a deep love for travel. She is also discovering a meaningful calling in supporting other women in a variety of ways, offering guidance and encouragement whenever it’s needed.
